Return Policy

Returns:

The buyer has 7 calendar days to return item(s) from the day received by the mail carrier. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused and in the original condition that it was received in. The item(s) must be in the original packing.

Refunds:

Upon receiving your item(s), we will conduct a quality inspection and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will notify you immediately the status of your refund after the quality inspection is preformed. If your item is approved for a refund, we will then initiate a refund through your original method of payment - credit to your account may take a few days depending on your card issuer's policy.

Buyers that use wire transfer as payment method will not receive refund at all. 


Shipping:

The buyer will not be refunded shipping cost from original payment. The buyer will be responsible for paying for their own shipping cost(s) of returning the item(s) to our provided location. The buyer will also be subject to a 15% restocking fee on the total value of the item(s) [minus shipping cost].
